LCSW (he, him)
Skilled and Experienced Counselor in Lancaster County, PA
I began my career in Social Work in 2011, when I changed my major at West Chester University with one clear goal in mind: I wanted to help people. After earning my Bachelor's in Social Work in 2014, I went on to complete an accelerated Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College in 2015.Over the past decade, I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, serving as a therapist, supervising other clinicians, and holding administrative roles. My work has focused on supporting individuals as they navigate and recover from mental and behavioral health challenges.
Today, my focus is on addressing the root causes that often lead people to unhealthy coping methods-such as self-medicating or other behaviors that provide temporary relief but ultimately cause more harm. These underlying challenges often include psychological trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and relationship conflicts. My goal is to help clients heal, build resilience, and find healthier, lasting ways to experience peace, joy, and fulfillment.
In my clinical work, I draw on evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through the Trauma Institute & Child Trauma Institute (TICTI) and have completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) through the IFS Institute. These modalities allow me to help clients process and integrate difficult experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and strengthen their connection to themselves.
