  • $150 for 50 minute session with a licensed clinician
  • $50 for 50 minute session with a clinical intern

Reduced Fee

To help reduce the potential financial burden of therapy, we offer reduced fees when possible. Please contact our team directly to discuss cost and reduced fee options.

Why choose Private Pay over Insurance

  • Greater Privacy & Confidentiality – Insurance requires a diagnosis and sometimes detailed session notes, which become part of your permanent health record. Paying privately keeps your information fully private.

  • Flexibility in Treatment – Insurance companies often limit the number of sessions or dictate what kind of therapy is “covered.” Paying privately allows you and your therapist to decide what works best for your needs.

  • Quicker Access – You don’t have to wait for insurance approval or deal with denials; you can often start therapy right away.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Please remember to cancel or reschedule sessions 24 hours in advance.  Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions may be subject to a fee of up to $75 if not received in at least 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. 

Outstanding Balances

All outstanding balances must be paid for the next scheduled session to take place. If a balance has not been paid within 24 hours of the next scheduled appointment, the appointment may be canceled.
